Cancellation Policy
In the event you must cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund as defined below Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing Please email Sara@theIMAG.org Refund will be issued in the same manner payment was Full refund will be given if cancelling more than 14 days in advance. Registration within 14 days prior to start of workshop session = NO REFUND. Cancellation requests due to illness or accident prior to the workshop session start date require a physician's written verification. Upon receipt of verification, we will issue a full refund.
